1920s or 30s French Long Johns made of classic cotton sweat material. These are tremendous with lots of character and years worth of distressing, patches and repairs. Because these were originally worn as a base layer, there is a hole at the crotch like one would find in a pair of underwear or boxers. Could be pinned or sewed shut to use as tight fitting sweatpants. Around 100 years old. Elastic isn't as stretchy as it was originally, but still has some stretch and these are certainly wearable.
