1930s Athletics Knit -- yes, knits were for athletics back in the day. Wool knit with absolutely incredible faded blue-green color with sun fading pattern throughout. Moreover, extensively thrashed with holes everywhere. Chenille eagle patch in the center. Despite the extreme state of the piece, it is (carefully) wearable and has been rented and worn from my showroom multiple times. This piece was part of our permanent archive but now is being offered for sale. The best example I've seen. Completely unique.
