Beautiful and exceedingly rare piece. 1930s McDonald brand shirt - cotton indigo material a large ticked/pleated/striped material panel over the chest. A variety of primitive repairs and patches, executed with materials ranging from denim to cotton are present along with amateurish sewing jobs. Two beautiful original glass buttons, with an original metal button at the closure. Wonderfully distressed with a ton of character. What a story/life this shirt has had. Fits oversized, as work shirts like this acted as both a shirt and a smock in one.
