1940s or 1950s Women’s Work shirt. Completely unisex in functionality, but originally intended for a woman — Buttons on the left-side, and ruffled ends of sleeves demonstrate this fact. This shirt is amazing. The fabric is a faded mauve/grey color — essentially grey with a faint purple hue. Lovely patchwork and repairs throughout. Material is a thin linen or cotton-linen blend. Lightweight and thin with good, smooth hand feel. Not a thick enough material for hearty use now, but once was used hard as a work shirt!
